We only process all orders from our sites www.fashionchicshop.com. You can direcly go to our website for ordering.

If you have already submit the order,just contact us to change it.our service stuff will change it for you.

5. Do you have any minimum quantities or order amount requirements?
Our minimum order is 20 pcs and can be mix. We are an online wholesale fashion company. We are specialize only for reseller

6. Do you have Showroom? Can I purchase directly at your Showroom?
Yes, we have a Showroom in Puri Indah, Jakarta Barat. You are welcome to visit our showroom, please contact us before coming.
However we can only accept online ordering, do not have direct purchase. You may place your order and make payment online in advance.
Our showroom is working as delivery center and pick up point, all products are well-packed in advance for delivery purpose. It is suggested to place your order through our online system, which makes ordering more convenience to you.

7. How is the quality of your clothes?
Our product quality is good relative to our wholesale prices. Around 85 - 99 % of our products are same as photos.

8. Do you have a paper catalogue?
As all of our styles are shown on the web, and goods stock level changes everyday, we regard our online shopping cart as our catalogue. We do not issue paper catalogue.

9. How often do you add new styles to your line?
We update everyweek and about 300 styles per month. Our goal is to bring all the latest fashions and trends to retailers with the speed and ease of e-business. Thats why our selection is so dynamic.

10. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer discount in different ways:
Discount by Order Amount:
- Rp 5000,- / pc discount for order more than 40 pcs
- More than 100 pcs, please contact us

11. Whether all your good is ready stock?
no, all our goods are pre-orders. We order every date 5 and 20 each month.

12. Are the wholesale prices displayed bundle or unit prices?
Prices displayed are single unit wholesale prices included shipping fee

13. What would be the suggested retail price (M.S.R.P.) of your merchandise?
The regular mark up can range from 30% up to 100% of the wholesale price.
You probably should not sell it under 30% mark up.

14. How is your sizing, do you carry special sizes, are these junior sizes?
100% of our clothes are in One Size. The clothes are sized at Asian Woman size. Most of our apparel styles have considerable stretch and are form-fitting and are worn with a tight fit. At this time, we don’t carry special sizes. Most of our clothing are tailored for junior to petite adult women (alike the models at photos) and made with some Spandex which is elastic.

15. How to specify sizes of the clothes?
Most of our clothes are in One Size, there will have clear size information shown at products description.

16. Is your merchandise used or irregular?
No, we provide our customers with wearable quality of merchandise none of our fashions are irregulars or seconds. They aren’t even worn by the models for photography session.

17. What about returns and exchanges?
We have a well-established compensation system for unmendable defective/ missing / wrong items. Please contact us before returns.

18. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by Paypal and Bank transfer.

19. What are your shipping rates?

20. How long will it take to get my order?
We will check the stock of the product and if there is out of stock from your oder we will inform you and you are allowed to replace the out of stock product. You will receive your order after 3-4 weeks after the closing order which is every date 5 and 20 each month.

21. Is there any extra charge ordering from you?
We would not place any extra charges other than items actual wholesale price and corresponding shipping fee, to enable shipment. Meanwhile, we would not responsible for any bank charge of your payment, and parcels custom fee/import duties.

22. Is all your merchandise immediately available?
All our styles available at our online catalogue are currently in stock. However some of these fashion styles have limited availability. Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come-first-serve basis.

23. How about if there is out stock items?
We will let you exchange for another style. We will inform you about the out stock product after you ordered. Please inform us via SMS only for replacement. All excess payment/ excess shipping fee/ price difference would be refund to your account.
